What are the expectations for General Meetings?
Members MUST attend the Zoom General Meeting or fill out the ‘Absence Form’ (due the day before the meeting at 11:59 PM) in order to stay in good standing in SNHS
SNHS officers will email video recordings to members who fill out the ‘Absence Form: Members must review the video recording carefully
For those who attend the Zoom Meeting, webcams must be turned on, attendees' faces must be visible, and first and last name must be displayed
Attendance forms must be submitted during the meeting when we provide the QR Code: We will not accept late submissions
Members will be deducted 5 points and put in Probationary Standing if they fail to fill out the absence form and attend the mandatory meeting.

As long as you fill out the Attendance Form, you will receive points!
What if an emergency happens and I can’t make it?
Please email us as soon as possible
What if I didn't fill out the Absence Form and forgot about the meeting or was unable to attend it due to other extracurricular commitments?
Absences must be communicated to us prior to meetings via the Absence Form (due the day before the meeting at 11:59 PM)

Labs, socials, and guest speaker events
What is the purpose of Labs, Socials, and Guest Speaker Events?
Members are able to engage with others in the Scientific Community at Seven Lakes High School and beyond
5 points are given to those who participate in the event
Labs, Socials, and Guest Speaker Event Sign-Ups
SNHS Officers will ALWAYS send out Sign-Up Forms at 3:00 PM via Remind the week before events
For events with member limits, sign-ups must be completed by 11:59 PM the day they are sent out
Members will be announced the day after sign-ups are posted (first-come-first-serve and randomized assignment)
For events without member limits, sign-ups will be open until 11:59 PM the day before the event
